时尚讯 晓雨报道 近期，发现一些公司和个人冒充时尚牌地板利奥兰（PVC地板）系列产品中国总代理的名义开展经营活动，并在网上多处明显位置非法使用我们公司的名称、注册商标，恶意模仿我们公司的产品系列名称、宣传文字、页面版式等。因此，严重侵犯时尚公司的代理权、商标权、名称权等合法权益，并直接构成了不正当竞争行为。我们公司严正警告，这些公司和个人必须立即停止上述侵权行为。删除恶意模仿的网上资料。我们公司对于违反本声明的，将依法追究其责任；同时向社会公告：利奥兰VICTORY、AVANTI、COSMIC、ELITE、TITAN、LOGISO等全部系列产品在中国仅有时尚公司拥有中国总代理权，其他任何公司或个人声称拥有利奥兰部分系列代理权的，纯属欺诈行为，请用户谨防上当受骗！
